Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ...for all of your prayers and thoughts. According to my neighbor in the French Quarter, it appears there has been no damage to my condo. The front neighbors had a window blow out, our roof had shingles torn off so there are a few leaks. Our brick wall courtyard is damaged and a potted tree fell in the pool. Clay called from Memphis where he is safe and visiting Graceland and a friend of his from the Marigny walked over to the French Quarter today and reported that there is no flooding there! My neighbors have a home in Arabi, New Orleans that is five feet under water but they stayed in the Quarter when the hurricane hit and are safe.
For those of you who know Keith and Andre of the Old Victorian Inn, they emailed me and are safe in Indiana. Bonnie Broel decided to stay put, in her home in the Garden District. According to friends who live there, the Uptown Area is okay. I have not been able to talk to Philip, the psychic who lives in the Treme. I got his answering machine the night before Katrina hit so am assuming he left town as well. Many friends left for Texas and Florida. I want to thank each and everyone of you for praying for us. The storm was diverted to the right at the last minute and missed us. It was a miracle. But I know the power and intentions of everyone changed the energy of that storm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! And also for all of the emails and phone calls. Just knowing you were all sending love and light brought me alot of comfort. But there are still many people who have suffered and are still having to deal with so much more than ever expected. We need to keep praying for all of Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama. |

Astro News
In next week's newsletter I will have predictions for everyone for the fall! But for now we have a new moon on September 3rd in Virgo and at this point, we are within 30 days of the energy of the October eclipse. This eclipse in the sign of Libra has intense energies associated with it. There will be changes in many of your personal and business relationships for the next several months. There could also be a crisis in these areas but if you remain positive, the outcome will be good. If you are negative and fearful, you will draw a much larger crisis to you. By September 17th , the full moon, you can resolve a major crisis in a relationship and promote healing. The confusion and deception you have felt in August will be a thing of the past. Finally, I do want to reiterate how important the power of positive thinking, prayer and intention is. The New Orleans hurricane is one example that hits home. There have been many predictions the past several years of gloom and doom but my people coming together and affirming peace and positive thoughts, they can deflect the negativity and lessen the impact of tragedy and in some ways completely destroy it. |

Here is a letter from Devra from the west Coast the night before Katrina hit and who was part of the wonderful group of you lightworkers!
Dear Maria
I will send out an e-mail asking everyone to call on the mother to reduce it's strength and move it east. That worked for me when I lived in NC and we had a category 5 coming directly at us. So see the hurricane in your minds eye and ask her to calm down. She is going to where she knows needs a cleansing so let her know there are people in New Orleans that are of higher consciousness. Ask her to relax and move away.I will do the same on my end. I wish you are the best and will put a protective bubble around your home. When I did that on the second hurricane to make a direct hit in NC every thing on the beach was destroyed, but my home wasn't even wet inside.

Not sure where you are, I hope in Michigan. Can't help thinking of you all in and around New Orleans with all this devastation going on. I don't believe I could effectively communicate with anyone else since I don't know their location and therefore access to the e-mail. So, what I thought I would do is contact you and send some energy to everyone through your connection with them. With your permission, here it comes:

Let them know it is especially important at this time to focus inward and not get too caught up in the outer story. The energy I send will help them hold their center and remember the Divine beings they are just having a human experience.

Problems with getting my newsletters?
We're having more and more problems with email providers blocking us, as we are suspected of sending spam around with this email letter. If you miss out on any future issues (currently AOL, .cs, worldnett.att.net members and even some MSN addresses are a huge trouble here) ask your email provider to UNBLOCK this newsletter address. AOL members need to phone the AOL Postmaster Hotline at 1-703-265-4670 or 1-888-212-5537 and ask them to get us on the whitelist. (And then they are first going to monitor our email behavior. :-) )
Each week we are sending the non deliverables on to Rich who takes great pains in getting the email newsletter to you but, boy, it is almost becoming unmanageable with the current anti-spam politics. We're suffering both ways now. From the spam and from the blockades. Please note that if you miss out on any future issue, this may be because YOUR provider has blocked our email address. What can you do? Ask your provider to unblock this newsletter email address immediately...for this is not an unsolicited bulk mail but a much wanted one. :-)
