Crazy Times Ahead! Trust the Universe

To hear us astrologers say "Saturn will oppose Uranus" probably means nothing to most of you. But even though you may not understand the lingo of the stars and the moon, all of you will feel the affects of this astrological aspect in a big way!

From November 4, 2008 to July 26 2010, there are four oppositions between Virgo and Pisces and another one between the signs of Aries and Libra. Wherever those signs fall in your natal chart, are the areas of life that you will feel this Saturn/Uranus energy.

Now what does this mean? In order to gain a better perspective, we need to look at both of these planets individually.

Saturn is serious, stern, strong and structures. It has to do with the old way of doing things. It brings tests and challenges that must be met and obligations to deal with. Saturn is said to be a great teacher because we grow through the many lessons it brings us.

Uranus' motto is expect the unexpected. It's all about change and the need to make changes. It produces crazy, erratic energy that makes us feel like we need to break free from the past and obligations immediately! It can be reckless. It produces cosmic forces that go to the extremes and often we take unexpected action when we feel this transit.

Now put these two very different planets in exact opposition to one another. The energies that are at odds will cause us to feel pulled in two very different directions. This can be a very confusing time for many of us if we are aware of what is happening and why we feel the way we do.

One of the last times, this aspect occurred was in the mid 60's, For the group of people that were born in the mid 60's this new opposition will help them find the life's work that they were born to do….to bring about needed change on our planet. How many of you born from 1962- 1972 are feeling that you need to break free from an old way of life and do something new? Even if it means leaving everything you have built behind and starting over? Many from this age group is here to revitalize the planet and bring change to the world in order to make society a better place. Old rules will now be challenged and broken. I have given many lectures this past year on the presidential election and how this Saturn/Uranus opposition will affect our country. The first position will be exact on election day! Change will occur because of this astrological aspect….and big change in our country's leadership and future.

Now, back to how it can affect us personally. In all of us, on a very deep soul level, something has been stirring inside….perhaps a need to break free, to do something bigger or better with our lives. But many of us are held back because of what we see as obligation. But for many this is only YOUR reality. Do you really thing the company you work for would close without you? Do you think that bad relationship is really doing anyone any good? You will feel a strong need to break free soon from something from your past.

The Saturn/Uranus opposition is here to help you break free. Since it hits four times in Virgo/Pisces, you will be given four chances to get with the program. There will be an overwhelming urge to leave an old situation but also the urge to stay and cling to it. This is a test from the universe. Something will change one way or another. It has to. But what we need to realize, is change will be for the best . The end result will be for the best. You will need to recognize and trust that the universe has your best interest at heart. You may have to dig deep to trust yourself and your own thoughts and actions. But one thing is for certain, change is evitable. This is a very exciting time for our country and all of us on a personal level. Get ready because your life is about to change for the better. Don't fight it. Don't be scared. Many of you will have to leave old fears and insecurities behind. This lesson is about trust; trusting that God and the universe has your best interest at heart. Something has to give. Things needs to change. It's a very exciting time to be alive!
