Happy New Year!

We are excited to kick the new year off with free lectures at our psychic fairs and events this month and next! We have three psychic fairs this weekend; Flint, Lapeer and Lansing Michigan and at all of them, I will be doing my annual new years predictions for all of the signs. Admission to the fairs this weekend is $5 and mini readings with the 10 psychics are $10. I still have openings for 30 minute appointments at my special rate. Nice Letters We Get

Dear Maria
You suggested to me in my last reading that I use crystals to help me in my balance and centering. So I purchase a Moldavite necklace for myself as a Christmas gift.I also purchase a Law of Abundance Prosperity Pouch and placed a check in it on Christmas day. Two days after Christmas, I was given $500 that was totally unexpected! Do I keep using this same check or should I write a new one? Should I destroy the old one?

Dear Maria,
I had a reading from you in Fall of 2005. You predicted many things that happened and they did. You told me that the guy I was engaged to was a great match for me and he is. You told me that 2006, it was my most fertile time and sure enough I had a beautiful little girl in 2007. You also predicted twins. In June I was 9 weeks pregnant with twin boys, at 26 weeks I was diagnosed with twin to twin transfusion and I lost one of my twins. Are you going to be in Port Huron at all? Dear Maria-
Just wanted to send you a quick note about the Aventurine bracelet I bought from you about 10 days ago. My goal was to attract wealth and I have been wearing it on my left wrist to enhance receiving wealth- even sleeping with it! Just yesterday I received a letter from my homeowner's insurance company, with a check enclosed for $132.00. The letter said I had overpaid back in October (How can you overpay when you pay what is on the statement?). Not only is the bracelet productive; it is also very pretty on my wrist- Thanks Maria! I also bought a rose quartz bracelet for a friend, in hopes that she will find love soon. I can't wait to send you another thank you note when that happens....

Take a Chance on Real Love in 2010

Once again we begin a new year. For many of us that will mean a new diet or a new gym membership that will probably only get used for about three months. Then it's back to excuses as to why we cannot make time to go to the gym or why getting a Big Mac was so much faster then grilling chicken. However, also with the new year, comes the chance and hope for new love or rekindling an old love based on the January 15th eclipse. Taking a cue from my girlfriend, who is constantly on me about how we all need to appreciate what we do have in life as opposed to what we don't, I am writing this column. Yes Maria, I get it. But a lot of my clients have a hard time doing just that when their emotions are involved. For many of the people I counsel, one of the their New Year's resolutions is to find the guy or the girl of their dreams. What if you are one of those people who just can't do that? What if you feel as if you'll never find your soul mate? What if you feel lonely and depressed and can't be happy with the life you have right now because you desperately want to love and be loved? And what if, you've always been dealt a losing hand in the game of love? Well, I'm here to tell you that this year can be a new beginning and YOU CAN FIND TRUE LOVE! YES WE CAN! (I admit I am shamelessly ripping off President Obama's slogan). Astrologically the New Year can provide everyone a chance at real solid, long-term love. Saturn in Libra helps you end bad relationships but draw to you a destined fated type of love too…that is if you are ready and willing.

Love is not an easy emotion; actually it is one of the most complex emotions we are given. Do the old sayings ring true? It is better to have love then lost, then to have never loved at all? Or, if you love somebody, let them go and if it's meant to be, they will come back to you. WHAT???? What are we? Stray cats and dogs? I don't know about you, but if I've ever let anybody go, they pretty much decided that life was better without me, then it was with me. I have never had an ex show up at my doorstep wearing her heart on her sleeve, begging me to take her back. I do believe however, that if you truly love somebody, hold on to them with all your might and NEVER let go!! This year, I think more people are going to find their Soul Mates, Twin Flames and significant others, simply because love is the last thing we have to hold on to that is real. I mean if it is truly love and not just lust or infatuation. Good or Bad. Think about it. How certain are you that you will be gainfully employed until retirement? Or that that your house will not be foreclosed on in the next couple of years? I'm not saying any of those things will happen to you, but the odds are not in our favor. With an economic downturn that is seemingly getting worse by the minute, true love is the last sure thing. Again, I'm not saying relationships always go the way we want them to but it is certain that at some point we come to realize that love is the greatest gift we can get and receive. Even if it is from afar and your beloved is at a distance, you still know someone loves out there loves you. This year more and more people are going be on the "hunt" and I believe that 2010 is the time for the seeds we've sown and the intentions that we set to come to fruition. Don't fret if you are reading this and thinking, hey, I didn't plant a "love garden" that I can remember. As my loved one always says to me, thought are like boomerangs, what you put out always comes back. You get what you give. I see a lot of clients that I read for picking partners that they just "settle" for. Why bother? It's not fair to you and it's certainly not fair to them. Just "settling", shorts you on true love AND it also shorts the person you settled for. What if you, by settling, denied that person true love that they could have had somewhere else? We've all done it, but now is the time for change. Saturn in Libra will make sure of this. Don't just let good enough be good enough. Dare to dream bigger. Dare to expect the best. We live in a world where situations beyond your control can hold you back temporarily from getting the things you desire. So we are practicing the law of attraction more and more. The point is, is today is the day. There may not even be a tomorrow. Who knows? Now is the time to go up to that person you've been thinking about asking out. Get some guts and just do it. If you're not sure what to say and how to begin a conversation then focus your intentions on the outcome and everything else will fall into place. Set your intentions on what you truly want, not what or who you could settle for. Dare to reach for what others may have told you is unattainable. Don't allow negativity to hold you back from giving and receiving the love you desire. January 15th is the new moon/solar eclipse, which is a perfect time to set your intentions for the New Year and new or improved relationships. I will be speaking around the country with Maria on my thoughts on what the New Year holds for individuals and the world as a whole throughout the first few months of the year. I am also counseling people by phone and in person on how to set intentions, make vision boards, and manifest the kind of true soul stirring relationships they have been looking for. Let 2010 be the year that you don't and won't settle for just anyone. Draw your true to you!
