2012 Energy and Law of Abundance Pouches for Gift Ideas

Again this holiday season, I am making up individual LOA pouches for your friends and family. You can order off the website or call in your order 810-631-6887. I will need the person's first name and birthday to make up their pouch as I do this intuitively. If I know the person's birthday, I hand pick and choose the gemstones for each person based on what I feel their needs are going to be in the new year. Flushing paranormal investigator takes groups to historical sites, like Gettysburg, Salem; Love for ghost hunting formed as a child, he says

FLUSHING, Michigan — Joseph Lawson is haunted by his job — literally.

About three years ago Lawson, 37, of Flushing created Lawson Paranormal Investigation. But his fascination for all things spooky began back when he was just a child, he said.

"I've been really interested in ghosts since 5 years old," Lawson said. "It's exciting. ... It's a big rush."

Growing up in Pontiac with a cemetery in his back yard and a feeling that is house was haunted, the hunt for ghosts or spirits became part of his every day life, he said.

The first ghost hunt took place when Lawson was 16 years old. A friend of his believed a back room in his house was haunted, so Lawson wanted to check it out.

But the ghost hunt, that time, seemed to be a dud. The home had an old furnace and old pipes that rattled and banged against the walls, which Lawson believed to be the cause of the haunted feeling in the room.

"It was the creep factor ... just the overall creepy feeling in the room," he said. "It was exciting. I loved it. (The scare factor) doesn't bother me at all. .. There is no training for it. You just kind of learn as you go."

Lately, Lawson has focused more on the high profile haunted locations, such as Gettysburg, Pa., battlefields, sites of the witch hunts in Salem, Mass., and some locations in Mid-Michigan like the Hoyt Library in Saginaw. He's visited 20 to 30 locations over the years.

Armed with an electromagnetic field meter — high spikes in the electromagnetic field are thought to represent the presence of spirits — video camera and audio recorder, Lawson travels to the locations with groups of around 20 or less searching for the presence of spirits.

The most recent three day trip took a group to Gettysburg in October.

Tracey Schwalbach, owner of Downtown Designz and Green Tree Essentialz in Flushing, participated in both that trip and a previous trip to Salem and said she had a great time.

In Gettysburg, they visited battlefields, farms used by soldiers during the battles, hospitals and a wax museum, she said.

"A lot of people deal with the paranormal stuff on a daily basis and you just don't talk about it. ... You just do stuff you don't do in your normal every day life. It's an adventure," Schwalbach said, adding that the group researched a lot of history about the places they went before arriving. "(The ghost hunt) is just a way for people to go and experience it and learn more about it. Nobody leaves there without experiences."

Sometimes those involved experience some spirits, sometimes they don't, she said. But overall it's a fun adventure and a hobby that Schwalbach and her husband, Todd, enjoy doing together.

For Lawson, his profession isn't just about the adrenaline rush, he said. He likes to help people prove or disprove is a place is haunted.

"I don't think anything at face value. Just because you say it's haunted doesn't mean it is. But I'm not there to prove you wrong," he said. "I just want (home owners) to know it's a possibility it could be."

An experience with a spirit could be just a moment captured in time or one in which the spirit is trying to get someone's attention, Lawson said.

But sometimes a building isn't haunted at all and there are logically reasons to explain it, he said. For example a leaky breaker box emits a high electromagnetic field, which could be mistaken for paranormal activity.

And for the Halloween season, suspicions of hauntings could simply be the fact that people are doing something they haven't done in awhile — turning on their furnace. The noises from the furnace and the dust that is shot out could create an illusion of a haunted house, he said.

But whether a building is haunted or not, Lawson never rules anything out.

"I just want to find out if there is something else (out there)," Lawson said.

"My mom almost went into labor watching The Exorcist in theaters. Maybe that's where I get my twisted sense from," Lawson said with a laugh.

I was told by a wonderful reader of Maria's Newsletter that they enjoyed reading the information of Zenexchange that I have been teaching but they noted that I was getting away from the far out spirit stuff I yap about every so often. "Maybe you are not connecting like you use to" was their comment. I thought that was interesting so as I was waiting for my soulmate to arrive home I began to write an entry into my iPhone about where something begins and ends. So, having said that you can take the red or blue pill down the rabbit hole if you would like this week. Next week Zenexchange will be back. Enjoy.

There was never a time when the world began. To believe there is would be to find where a Gust of wind started. This round Earth is a mysterious circle drawn in perfect ink. It is the timelessness of Alice in wonderland wearing a gold watch. The hands go ticking around and around without considering its origin. They can go backwards for all they care. The hands repeat themselves similar to the thoughts you encounter every day, front and back. You existed in a room until the day a black spot showed up across from you. Once that happened you discovered your height and distance from that spot. You found your senses and then you found the isolated i. You can't have something unless you have something else.

Knowing the black spot you discovered the white space around it. If you think fear is not a guide to purpose and meaning then you may not yet be in your truth. But the question is where does life, reality or this world even begin. Well there are times when the world is as well as when the world isn't. If the world went on without rest then it would not know its own existence. And forever it would be and become tired of itself because it would not experience anything other than itself. It comes and goes. Blink your eyes and you will see what I am referring to. Is the world still there when you blink? Does someone who is blind know what the color yellow looks like? The world disappears the same way the gaps in the musical sheet create the music that appears.

So, because the music or the Earth do not get tired of itself that is the reason why it appears again. Its like your breathe, it goes in and comes out. Try holding your breath and tell me how that feels. Its like a game of hide and seek. Hah, its like the game you play with yourself when the child inside says, "what happened to me?" You hid that one pretty good.

God or Source likes to play hide and seek because there is nothing outside which is the reason you can't ever find it. It amuses me how often we look up when we pray as if God is sitting on a throne in on a mother ship cloud. Talk about Ego. But because God is not outside oneself, surprise, God has no one but Herself to play with but Her way of emotional thought is to pretend that She is not Herself. She pretends that She is you and I and the Trees and the rabbits and yes the Deers, the rocks, stars and the dust gleaming through the beams of light from my office window. In this way She has strange, curious and wonderful adventures, some of which are freighting and others which are accelerating.

But all this is just a cool dream right? Adam fell asleep and never woke up so we are in a dream but not in the sense of illusions because this is real, to us because the illusion is waking up pretending to be someone else we already are. Now when God plays hide and seek He is you and I and the funny tree out back but the thing is God hides so well that it takes HIm a long time to remember where and how He hid himself, but that's the whole fun. He doesn't want to find himself to quickly because that would spoil the entire point for experiencing Earth and His senses.

This is why we were so confused when St. Theresa solved the mystery of God as I will echo, the reason God has a difficult time finding Himself is because God disguised Herself inside of Us. We are God in disguise pretending to be Himself. But the game has gone on long enough, all of us will soon wake up to the illusion of our sleep in the other world and stop pretending we are separate. We are a single self, a string theory that proves we are connected by a thread of particles and energy.

Of course Source is not shaped like a person, duh, We have skins but that is to tell the difference between inside and outside. Remember the black spot in the white room. Ah, now you get it. If we didn't have skin then we would not now the difference of what we are because we were always everything outside like the gust of wind or a fish who doesn't know that its in water. God has no shape because there is no outside because there is no inside. All is the same. Maybe I should label Source or God as "it" because we refer to that word as something that is not alive.

But God can't see God for the same reason you can't see your eyes without a mirror. Can you bite your own teeth? Or can you look inside your head? You are a clever spot for hiding because it is like a mirror hiding inside another. So then why the bad people right?

Okay so it's not God doing it to people its God doing it to Herself. Boy this one will ring up some emails. For what we consider good people there is also what we consider bad people. Its the dot in the room again thing. But this story is about how and what we choose to become as a result of what is around you because there is only you and I am an extension in your browser here to help you reach or add or simplify a search result for you. And this is how it goes, a deck of cards that gets shuffled and played again. My soul mate approaches, lucky for you guys. We will be talking numerology this week rather than astrology and most notably, because 11/11/11 is this Friday.

First let me say, many of my clients have been seeing the numbers 11:11 on their clocks or waking up at 11:11 or just plain seeing that number around town. I have always said on my radio shows when speaking on this topic that seeing 11:11 often means it is a wake up call; a message from your angels they are trying to send to you to be aware of something that's happening in your life or about to. 11:11 is about synchronicity.

Joe always points out when it's 11:11 and I immediately follow up with "We're doing something right!". The words just flow automatically off my tongue without a thought. For us, it's as if the angels are telling us, we are on the right path and to keep going. That's the way I have interpreted this number sequence personally.

Numbers vibrate to a specific frequency and energy. 11:11 is a double digit and a Master Number in Numerology. It represents your psychic side, your creative side, a higher power, and spiritual wisdom, balance. It usually shows up in your world when you are being called on by the universe to do something special or "big" and to let you know God is working with you on your journey and new path. If you ever see 11:11 and going through a difficult period, it is also a way the angels are letting you know, they are with you!

For many of us who see 11:11 on our digital clocks, this number can be a wake up call to unlock our psychic abilities and work with our subconscious. It can help many of us unlock secret truths. It also can be a forbearer to a spiritual experience.

When you see 11:11, be aware of what's happening and gong on around you.

I feel the energy surrounding 11/11/11 will be somewhat of an "awakening" for many of us on our spiritual journey. This is probably already happening to many of you reading this. It may not be. It could be different for everyone. But for all of us, we are moving to a higher consciousness.

Some numerologists say that once you see the 
 numeric codes of 11:11, you have activated something in your DNA codes. The numbers will continue to appear until you get the message of what it is you are supposed to be doing and usually the message is to move forward and onward.

The energy of this Friday will help work with your DNA codes to push you or help you understand more fully what it is you are supposed to be doing. Something will be activated. Some of you may understand your purpose more clearly. For others, things may happen to put you on a destined path.

It will be interesting to see the energy of 11/11/11 unfold. Needless to say, it is about soul growth and spiritual consciousness. Meditate, journal, spend time with nature, etc on this day but most of all, be aware. There will be messages; some blatant, others subtle, all around you!
