Question: How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually About 5 to 10 days but often orders are sent out within 48 hours on weekdays. Once your package leaves us, you are at the mercy of the post office and we cannot guarantee arrival. But priority mail usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on how far your package is going from Michigan.

United States only. Usually shipping is between $7.30 for small package and $15.50 for a big heavy box

Once your package leaves our hands, the post office is responsible for your the care and security of your order. All priority packages are insured and tracked. Please file a claim with your post office to get your money back for damaged goods or missing packages.

Returns
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but can offer store credit or exchange. The customer will have to pay the difference in shipping. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines will not be accepted. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy
Every effort will be made to mail out your package within 48 to 72 hours unless we are traveling, on vacation, at an event, waiting on back order product or weather conditions do not permit.

Our products are shipped within 42 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:1000 Bourbon Street #253, New Orleans Louisiana United States 70116 unless otherwise instructed to send elsewhere. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
